A professional under Cat-A is advised to register immediately and schedule themselves for the earliest International Career Development and Coaching (ICADEC) program. This is ICPI's premium modular program, a prerequisite for all those wanting to expand career abroad.

ICADEC is a fee based course (See  FAQs) consisting of 11 modules divided into daily sessions of 8-9 hours each, which altogether runs into 100 instructional hours and is generally conducted on daily basis for 10-12 days. The hours and days assigned to a course are subject to change. Modules and subject matter of the course can be suitably altered for up gradation at any time without notice.

On completion of the course prospect is presented for interview to our strategic partners and principals for final interview.
