Step-1 Preliminary Assessment Test (PAT): If you are in hurry to go through PAT, just fill up an online PAT. All it takes is only 15 minutes. Within 48 hours you will get the result of the PAT through e-mail/SMS requesting you to call back for short telephonic chat with ICPI Career Counselor to get the complete picture of your basic strengths and weaknesses and the desirability of the next step.

Step-2 "Test of Fitness and Eligibility for International Assignment" (TEFELINA): After you clear PAT next most important step is to complete TEFELINA which is part of the 5 step-selection-and-training-program download given below. Complete it and post it to the address given therein. Exactly 10 days after submission of TEFELINA, call back on the telephone numbers given in the form for a Telephonic Interview with the TEFELINA Assessment Specialist (TAS). On satisfactory completion of this process the prospect is briefly explained his chances of success in an international assignment. Accordingly he or she is asked to take an informed decision on attending the personal interview. (Time taken Approx 10 days)

Step-3 Personal Interview under PSSP: It is a very elaborate exercise based on TEFELINA inputs and PSSP (Pre-select-Screen-Process). Herein you are grilled by an Interview Panel from every conceivable angle based on statements made in TEFELINA. This whole process may last anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes. At this stage all vital career documents are checked in originals and copies retained for record and confidential screening through the issuing authorities. Aim of the personal interview is to ensure not only the fulfillment of job parameters of the prospect but test the mental agility coupled with in depth evaluation and assessment of his or her skills & capabilities from the point of view of our partners, principals and associates abroad. Step-4 "International Career Development and Coaching" (ICADEC) Program: This is the most important step for your career progression abroad as a teacher. Briefly the results of the interview and TEFELINA are fed and processed through ICPI's proprietary software for categorization process. All those assessed in Category A are considered fit in all respects to proceed on an International Assignment subject to training, coaching and certification under the ICADEC Program.

This fee-based course (see Schedule of Fees in FAQs) has been designed to train and groom professionals for expansion of their career overseas. This unique program consists of 11 modules divided into 12-14 sessions of 8-9 hours each which altogether run into 100 instructional hours lasting 12-14 days leading to certification of your skills. On completion of this program our principals, partners and associates either visit our campus to select teachers or they authorize us to present candidates for final interview remotely through telephone / video conferencing. Step-5 Finally ICPI leads you to an International Job-Linked Relocation: All selected professionals are offered contract document with detailed terms and conditions of employment under Residence / Work Permit rules of a given country. On acceptance and signing of the agreement between the teacher and the overseas institution, these documents are submitted along with the passport for visa endorsement to embassy or consulate. After visa stamping of the passports of the incumbent and his immediate family then he or she is then ready for departure to his destination.
