It is revolutionary to the extent even before a highly skilled professional (ICPI Trainee) is considered by our principals he or she is thoroughly tested, pre-screened for qualifications, experience, background checks and fitness for an international assignment.

Then the prospect is grilled in a personal interview under ICPI's "pre-select-screen-process" (PSSP). And finally the successful prospect is put through a 100 hours International Training program.

Thereafter, once incumbent is found fit in all respects in the preliminary scrutiny and interview process he or she has to undergo "International Career Development and Coaching" or "ICADEC" Program which is mandatory for all those wanting to proceed on an international assignment. Fees for this training are payable by the professionals themselves.

It is a power packed 100 hours of start-to-finish 12-14-days modular coaching program of rigorous training, testing, benchmarking and certification of various soft skills, mental make up, mentoring and grooming, computer literacy level and language proficiency checks, cultural orientation vis-à-vis country knowledge base covering its education system, history, geography, political structure, bilateral relations, government, linguistic peculiarities, social and cultural norms and much leading to job-linked relocation.

Some of our principals may even visit the ICPI campus to personally select professionals for their institutions. However, in most cases clients may just interview the final candidates pre-selected by us through "On-campus-insta-recruit-process" (ON-CAMPUS-IRP). These interviews may be either on telephone or  through video chat or conferencing or a combination of both. This unique (pssp) process works equally effectively for both in the long or the short term for our principals and associates.

Once the professional is certified fit on completion of ICADEC Program he or she is ready to take up the assignment anywhere in the world and start teaching at the site with 80% confidence level.

Thus meeting of the professional and the employer or the recruitment specialist on the ICPI platform marked the birth of a new idea guaranteed to revolutionize the concept of resourcing and the resourced!!!
